***£80- £90 per day
***September 2024- July 2025
***1:1 support to a child with additional learning needs in reception.
 
Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
• A passion for the education of SEN pupils.
• A dedication to following safeguarding procedures.
• A natural ability to build strong relationships with young learners.
• Some understanding of additional learning needs.
• Previous experience of working with pupils, or in a school setting s beneficial.

The Role

• Providing 1-2-1 support to a child with additional learning needs in reception.
• Adapting learning materials to suit the needs of the individual pupil.
• Following strict safeguarding policies.
• Providing constructive feedback to both the pupil and parents.
• Assisting the student across all aspects of the curriculum.
• Participating in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
