***£80-£90 per day
***September 2024- July 2025
***Working closely with students with mild autism and ADHD across the curriculum.
***’Good’ secondary school.
 
Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
• A passion for the education and wellbeing of children with additional learning needs.
• Some understanding of SEN and knowledge of how these can be accommodated.
• A warm, friendly personality and the natural ability to build strong bonds with SEN students.
• Previous experience of working alongside students, or in a school setting, is advantageous, but not mandatory.

 
The Role

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to SEN students in an inclusion unit.
• Adapting learning materials to suit the individual needs of each student.
• Working in close collaboration with teaching staff, SLT and parents to create a supportive learning environment to each student.
• Building strong bonds with students to effectively aid their learning and development.
• Participating in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
