Job Description
Location: Royal Leamington Spa
Working Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Shift Time: 21:00pm - 09:00am
Payment: 11.5 hours paid per shift, which includes 1 hours of breaks, 30 minutes of breaks paid
Rates: £32.17 PAYE or £37.00 Umbrella
What you'll be doing:
- Work Onsite at our warehous facility located just outside of Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications
- Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) System to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality
- Accuratley check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply
- Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch
- Counsel patients by providing general advice on managing side effects, usage instructuions, and other pharmaceutical guidelance via email or telephone
- Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required
- Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalte issues as needed
- Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on precedures and best practices
- Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements
- GPhC registration.
- 6+ months of pharmacy experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dispensing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
