Tenant Liaison Officer – Plymouth
Commercial Project
Location: Plymouth

RGB Recruitment are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer for a live commercial project in Plymouth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is presentable, approachable, and confident dealing with tenants and site teams alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the main point of contact between tenants and the site team
  • Communicating works schedules, updates, and access requirements clearly and professionally
  • Providing excellent customer care and maintaining positive tenant relationships
  • Assisting site management with day-to-day duties
  • Willingness to get stuck in with general labouring tasks when required
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Presentable and professional manner
  • Computer literate (emails, basic documents, updates)
  • Happy to support site operations with labouring duties
  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
