Job Description
Location: Colnbrook. Office 1 day/week, Field 4 days/week
Salary: £45-50K DOE + Car Allowance + Commission
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Flexible start/finish times)
Travel: Yes, this is a field-based position.
Pertemps are looking for an experiences Business Development manager with previous experience in eCommerce, courier, and exports logistics to drive the companies growth.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Engage on social media.
- Reach out to potential customers.
- Build and manage customer relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Support UK strategy and stay ahead of market changes.
- Educate the team on market trends.
- Expand the company's network.
- Promote the hub-ez platform.
- 2+ years in business development (Courier/eCommerce/Exports).
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Good judgment and diplomacy.
- Extensive network and social selling experience.
- Excellent written communication.
- Skilled in cold outreach.
