St Albans Area | £40 per hour | Immediate Start - End of October
Do you have a passion for helping people with neurological conditions regain their independence? Are you a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for a locum position in a dynamic and supportive environment?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing vital neuro rehab services to patients in their homes and communities within the St Albans area.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans to promote independence in daily living activities.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document progress and outcomes effectively.
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a Band 6 qualification.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- A skilled clinician with excellent assessment and intervention skills.
- A strong communicator with empathy and compassion.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptable and flexible with a positive and proactive approach.
- Competitive hourly rate of £40.
- Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00).
- Varied caseload seeing 4-5 patients per day.
