Job Details:

• Position: Interim Integrated Transport Unit Manager 
• Location: County Hall, Freemans Way, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1TP
• Employment Type: Temporary (12 weeks)
• Start Date: 07 July 2025
• Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
• Rate: PAYE: £28.56 per hour | Umbrella: £36.42 per hour

About the Role:
This is a key leadership role within the Integrated Transport Unit, where you will strategically lead the team to deliver the Service Plan, ensuring transport services are cost-effective, efficient, and integrated. You will report to the Head of Infrastructure & Environmental Services and play a vital role in aligning service plans with the division’s annual Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead and manage the Integrated Transport Unit
• Develop and deliver robust plans to meet service objectives
• Ensure transport services are cost-effective and efficient
• Align service delivery with the division’s annual Business Plan
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support integrated service provision
• Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in transport management or a similar leadership role
• Strong strategic planning and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver cost-effective and efficient services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
