Salary: PAYE £13.26 per hour | Umbrella £16.84 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Summer: 07:30–15:30, Winter: 09:30–17:30)

- Apply broad horticultural knowledge and plant care skills to uphold the parks’ prestigious standards.
- Work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and fostering positive relationships.
- Follow procedures and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Experience: Proven experience in an ornamental horticultural setting is essential.
- Skills: Broad knowledge of horticulture and a strong plant knowledge skill set.
- Requirements: A CV, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, a Criminal Convictions Declaration, and a signed Confidentiality Agreement upon offer acceptance.
