• Deliver high-quality care and support services for children and families.
• Manage assessments, care plans, and casework with professionalism.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Care Wales Registration (essential).
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in children’s social care, ideally with care and support plans.
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
