Network Recruitment Wales is seeking a Neighbourhood Assistant to join the Housing Services team in Wenvoe, Cardiff. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the well-being of communities by providing essential support in a dynamic housing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in delivering housing services to residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Support the management of neighbourhood issues, including tenant inquiries and community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with service requirements.
• Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and external partners to foster positive community outcomes.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of housing services, addressing challenges with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in housing, community support, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to supporting neighbourhood initiatives.
