Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, Community Mental Health Team
Pay rate - £42
Vitalis Social Care are currently recruiting experienced Social Workers in Bolton to join a Community Mental Health Team as a Team Manager.

Must be an experienced social worker/team manager. Must have 3-4 years+ experience
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and adaptable.
Experience of managing an integrated mental health team.
Sound knowledge of Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Care Act.
Ability to provide good quality supervision to staff within the team.

The work varies day to day and will need a manager to efficiently manage work within the team ensuring close liaison with health colleagues.
The team is made up of nurses and social workers and is currently hosting a Think Ahead cohort - this has support from a Consultant Social Worker and Senior Social Worker along with Head of Service oversight/operational lead and brings a different dimension to the team and social work practice.

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
