Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Community Team based in Kirklees.
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for social workers to join a project at Kirklees.  Currently, as part of ongoing transformation work, we are undertaking strength-based reviews for adults over 18 years living within Kirklees communities to promote their autonomy, strengths and independence.  As part of a small team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload with support and oversight from management.  You will work with partners and colleagues in allied health and social care services to make a real difference to people's life.
