The Talent Crowd are recruiting for Qualified Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team as an Assistant Team Manager in Bury.
 
As part of the CWD management you will support Social workers to build relationships with children and family to effect positive change over the long term. You will support social workers to develop, grow and provide them with opportunities to progress their career aspirations. We will actively encourage you to take opportunities to be creative and innovative. We listen, and act on your ideas and feedback.
