Pay rate up to £30 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a hospital team in Manchester City Council.
This opportunity would be best suited to a Social Worker who is passionate about supporting people to return home, tackling risk aversion and thinking outside the box so that people may return safely to their home environments. You must be confident in assessing mental capacity especially in regard to care and residence and be committed to completing strengths-based assessments that are person focussed. This is fast paced work, and IT skills are essential, knowledge of Liquid logic is beneficial, but training will be provided. You must be a team player and be able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. You will hold a small caseload of people in hospital, but these will be transferred to another team on discharge.
