Pay rate to £30.76 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Duty and Assessment Team in Shropshire Council.
Duty and assessment team- completing SWA, S47, S7, S37, completing initial CIN, cp core groups. Court statement and care plan if we need to attend an initial court hearing. Every other week on duty where worker needs to be in the office – of duty SW will manage their time with some home working and completing follow up visits.
