Pay rate to £20.28 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor to work in a Transitions Team in Cheshire East Council.
Role is for a Personal Advisor, supporting care experienced young people transition into adulthood. Working with young people aged 16-25 years.
Office presence in Crewe 3 days per week.
Travel is essential through the UK.
