Pay rate £40 per hour 
Contract role – CHC 

We are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Workers in London 
This is to work in a CHC Team. 
We’re looking for an experienced Social Worker with an excellent understanding of the CHC process that triggers DST Assessments and the ability to tackle the challenges that may arise. This is a fast-paced team with clear transparency on output and hitting targets. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available, but you must be able to attend visits in North London.
