Pay rate to £35 per hour 
Contract role
 We are recruiting for an experienced SGO Assessment Social Worker required to undertake Discharge of CO SGO Assessments in respect of Kinship Foster Carers in Stockport Council.  
 
The Kinship Foster Carers will continue to have an allocated SSW who will Support and Supervise with Kinship Foster Carer. The appointed SGO Assessment SW will focus upon the Assessment completion and completion of the SGO Support Plans.
