The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Housing Options Advisor to join a Team in Wakefield.
To work as part of an office based service wide homeless duty team and carry out assessments for homeless, potentially homeless households or people in housing need identifying barriers and support needs gathering relevant information and obtaining permission to enable homeless decisions to be made .
