Pay rate c. £32.82 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Locality Team in Knowsley.
To work within a busy Adults Community/Locality team
36 hours per week, 9-5 Monday - Friday
Essential - car driver
Experienced social worker
Hybrid working - Mandatory office days Wednesday and Friday and training/duty days
Main areas of work
- Completing Social care needs assessments
- Support planning
- Commissioning Risk assessing and manging risks - attending MARAMS safeguarding MCA/BI CHC - DST
