Qualified Social Worker, Older People’s Team
Pay rate £34.85 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work to in an Older People’s Team in North Powys (Welshpool).
An opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker in the Older People Team North Powys based in the Welshpool area. This role is for up to 5 months with the potential for this to be longer. You will work closely with our friendly team and colleagues across health and social to deliver strengths based positive outcomes for people. Ability to drive around a rural area essential. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, has good communication skills, good partnership working and an enthusiasm to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes for individuals, and their families.
