Location: London or Essex (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 + Optional Overtime + Benefits
Annual Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

A leading specialist electrical contractor with a strong presence across London and Essex is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their growing team.

With a turnover of £15M, the business focuses on commercial office fit-outs, delivering projects ranging from £500k to £3M, with a sweet spot between £100k–£800k. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple tenders and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and technical drawings
• Develop base electrical designs to support accurate quoting
• Participate in tender negotiations and client meetings
• Conduct site surveys to gather project-specific data
• Organise and maintain quote folders and documentation
• Produce detailed estimates and cost plans across multiple projects
• Deliver comprehensive handovers to project teams
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
• Proven experience in Design & Build electrical estimating
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
