Position: Rental Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Leicester (Office-based Monday to Thursday, Work from home on Fridays)
Salary: £13.34 per hour

As a coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that all rental inquiries, documentation, and queries are handled effectively.
Responsibilities:- Enquiry Processing: Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Query Resolution: Address customer queries regarding rental terms, availability, and pricing.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to renters, assisting with any issues or concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- Previous Customer Service Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in a customer service coordinating role.
