Our well established client has an excellent permanent Service Manager/Scrum Master opportunity based in Sheffield. This is a hybrid oppoirtunity with the need to be on-site 2 days per week.
This role will be one of two Service Managers responsible for certain work packages and will be a 50/50 split between Service Management & Scrum mastery.
Core skills and experience:- You should have a solid background in traditional IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Service Delivery
- Oversee daily operation of IT services.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service performance.
- Maintain service reporting.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and governance.
- Change Management
- Have the ability to act as the SCRUM Master
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Remove blockers & issues for the development team.
- Coach teams in agile principles.
- Support the Head of Applications with backlog refinement – For future sprints.
- Promote continuous improvement and team self-organisation.
