Pay rate, £24.72 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Team Manager within the Leicestershire area.
Job Purpose: To manage and develop high quality services for children and their families (including Children in Need, Children in Need of Protection and Children Looked After) in accordance with legal requirements and Departmental policies and procedures.
Key Relationships/liaison with:  A team of staff including a senior practitioner, social workers, support workers and clerical staff.
We require someone with safeguarding experience, and we can only consider someone with 3yrs experience in a local authority (as a permanent worker).
Working Arrangements e.g. Hybrid – Wigston Bassett Street base, some hybrid working (no more than two days per week)
