Pay rate £35 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Reablement Occupational Therapist in the East London area.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
To create and deliver Reablement training to upskill new team members, with limited Reablement experience, working closely with the OT PM and Reablement Team Manager.
Direct supervision and approval of Reablement goal plans and Care Act assessments of approx. 1-2 staff (Reablement officers), supervision, system approvals, case discussions /problem solving as required, legislative guidance, joint visits as required to support on-the-job training and measure competencies.
Must have robust Reablement experience. Must be able to travel.
