Pay rate £32 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Children’s Social Worker to join a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub Team in Liverpool - the agencies work together and share information and use their combined knowledge to keep children and young people safe and ensure their needs are met.
Job Responsibilities: -
A Social Worker is required to support the representation of Early Help in the front door to support the triage of Early Help referrals and ensure that children and young people receive the right offer of support at the right level of need.
The role involves reviewing referrals and contacting families and professionals to gather information, the post is overseen by the Early Help Team Manager, who reviews the level of need decisions following triage of the contacts.
The post is office based in Liverpool City Centre Mon-Fri.
