Location: Leeds Office – LS12 2DU
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 DOE
Working Week & Hours: Monday – Friday / 08:00am - 17:00pm
Probation: 6 months

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Development & Sales Activity – Regular Sales Activity – Business Development with new and existing clientele.
Job Requirement Analysis – Collaborate with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience needed for various roles.
Candidate Sourcing – Actively search for prospect candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Candidate Screening – Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, sales skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.
Interview Coordination – Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the logistics of the interview process from start to finish.
Candidate Assessment – Administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidates’ general abilities and potential for success in the role.
Reference Checks – Conduct reference checks to verify candidates’ work history, performance, and suitability for positions.
Offer Negotiation – Assist in negotiating job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms to secure the placement.
Onboarding Support – Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Market Research – Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
Maintain Candidate Database – Keep a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
