The Role
An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Walsall is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Female PE Teacher to join their department from May 2026 on a long-term supply basis (4 days per week).
The role involves delivering engaging Physical Education lessons across KS3 and KS4, promoting participation, teamwork, and physical well-being. You will be responsible for both practical and theory-based lessons, supporting students in developing their skills, fitness, and understanding of sport.
You may also have the opportunity to contribute to extracurricular activities and school sports, playing a key role in a vibrant and active PE department.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Have experience teaching PE at secondary level
• Be confident delivering a range of sports and physical activities
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be passionate about promoting health, fitness, and student engagement
