The Role
A secondary school in Solihull is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their department from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term supply basis.
The role involves teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will support pupils in developing scientific knowledge, practical skills, and confidence as they prepare for GCSE Science.
As a full-time member of staff, you will take on full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking, and assessment, while contributing to a positive and structured learning environment.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• Have experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
• Be confident delivering across the three sciences
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Be committed to supporting pupil progress and attainment
