The Role
A Wolverhampton secondary school is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join them from September 2025 on a long-term basis. The role involves delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to develop strong literacy skills, analytical thinking, and a love of literature. You will be expected to plan and deliver high-quality lessons, monitor progress, and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified English Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with proven classroom experience. You’ll have excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to create lessons that motivate and challenge students of all abilities. Both experienced teachers and ECTs with a passion for English are encouraged to apply.
