The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Science Technician to join a thriving secondary school’s science department. You’ll play a vital role in supporting practical science lessons, preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring experiments run smoothly. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be central to inspiring students’ curiosity in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
 
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Science graduate with previous experience in a laboratory environment. You’ll be confident handling equipment, preparing practicals, and supporting both staff and students in their scientific learning. A genuine passion for science is essential, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team. Experience in a school is beneficial but not essential – a willingness to adapt to an educational setting is key.
