• Pay: £175–£250 per day (depending on experience)

The Role
You will teach French or German to students across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering well-structured lessons that promote language fluency, cultural awareness, and enthusiasm for modern languages. The department is well-resourced and led by a supportive head of faculty, with clear schemes of work and opportunities to collaborate across the MFL team.
 
The Candidate
You’ll be a qualified teacher (QTS or ECT) with a specialism in French or German, and the ability to teach either language confidently at KS3 and KS4. You’ll bring a strong grasp of the curriculum, a passion for languages, and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching. ECTs will benefit from a structured induction and mentoring programme.
