Family Support Worker

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting experienced Family Support Workers in Knowsley to join the Looked after Children and Leaving Care team! 
There is plenty of hybrid working available. 

Job Description:

• You will be able to evidence good assessment skills in line with pathway planning requirements and to demonstrate an ability to befriend and offer advice support and guidance in support all of care leavers achieving independence.
• You will have a good understanding of corporate parenting responsibility and have high aspirations to achieve best possible outcomes for all of our young people.
