Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers in Wokingham to join the review and assessment team! 

There is plenty of hybrid working available. 

Job Description:
To work within the relevant legal frameworks, guidance, policies and procedures to undertake assessments, reviews and support planning with individuals snd their carers, promoting well-being, independence and safety. To enable people to identify their own needs and the outcomes they wish to achieve and to implement and review support plans to meet these needs and to liase wth other professional/agencies as required. 

Requirements:

• Hold a Social Work England registration 
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
• Post-qualifying experience 
• Degree/equivalent in Social Work
