Mechanical Maintenance Manager – Middlesex – 55K

I am currently representing a leading M&E Specialist who have a exciting new opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join a growing team in their Middlesex office.

They have been successfully operating for over 30 years as a business providing planned maintenance and reactive services to high end commercial clientele within London & M25. The role is to help provide support to the existing management team and you will be helping support the smooth functions of services such as HVAC, Electrical, Fire & security, Mechanical and gas works to their portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate would have all round knowledge of building services and effectively managed team previously. Your duties would include but not limited too:

• Leading and managing a team of existing engineers across various disciplines.
• Providing effective technical support and assistance of troubleshooting.
• Asset Management and lifecycle assessments.
• Client and stakeholder communication
• Documentations and knowledge management
• Quality insurance, H&S procedures
• Helping with continuous improvement of services and helping innovate the team
• Attending meeting and site visits accordingly.

The role would be 5 days a week based at their office in Middlesex with regular site visits and meetings.
In return the client is looking to offer:

• 50 – 55K basic salary (depending on exp.)
