Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift FLT Driver to join a busy distribution centre in Erith. The company specialises in delivering high-quality kitchen products and components to Howdens, and you’ll play a key role in keeping the warehouse operation running smoothly overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Forklift Truck (Counterbalance and/or Reach – depending on licence)
- Loading and unloading trailers and vehicles
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Ensuring accurate completion of paperwork and stock movement records
- Working closely with the night shift team and supervisors
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
- Valid FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
- Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to work night shifts on a long-term basis
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Competitive hourly rate of £16.69
