Job Description
Location: Worcester WR4
Requirements: Driving license and own vehicle (due to limited public transport)
Working Hours: 06:00 – 15:30
Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (varied start times between 06:00 and 12:00)
Hours/Week: 45
Pay Rate: £13.36/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness
- Remove pallets and packaging, ensuring recycling best practices
- Respond to spillages and report hazards
- Support general warehouse duties and hygiene material handling
- Clean office and kitchen areas and lavatory areas
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules (including yard work and allergen clean-ups)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
- Experienced in high-level food safety and cleaning
- Team-oriented and customer-conscious
