On-Site Shift Co-ordinator – Parcel Sorting Centre (Atherstone)
2230hrs - 0630hrs shift / £15.80 per hour
Contract role Mid - October – End of December (Seasonal Peak)

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, people-driven On-Site Co-ordinators to lead teams through the festive peak at our Atherstone Parcel Sorting Centre. If you thrive on fast-paced challenges, love working with people, and know how to deliver results under pressure – this is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Be Doing -
• Being the go-to person on site, making sure worker numbers match the demand – no parcel left behind!
• Oversee workforce management including time & attendance, PPE compliance, staff welfare, and ensuring shift numbers are met
• Planning and managing shift patterns across a busy 7-day operation.
• Building rock-solid relationships with site management – you’ll be their trusted partner.
• Joining daily client calls to share updates and tackle last-minute changes.
• Driving quick-fire solutions in a high-energy environment.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating your on-site team to smash KPIs and fulfilment targets.
• Keeping payroll on track by ensuring all hours are logged and authorised correctly.

What We’re Looking For -
• Proven experience managing recruitment on-site (logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a big plus).
• A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Organised, solutions-focused, and ready to think on your feet.
• A natural people person who can inspire and manage teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable with CRMs, trackers, and scheduling software – or quick to pick them up.
• Flexibility to roll with the demands of a 24/7 operation.
