We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join a reputable and established organisation in the Wolverhampton area on a Temporary basis. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional administrative support, ensuring the compliance team operates with maximum efficiency. This role is pivotal in optimising processes to facilitate prompt and effective servicing and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports, audits, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support the team with arranging appointments, monitoring feedback and obtaining information as required to ensure we are continually improving service delivery.
- Ensure effective communication and adherence to deadlines for compliance tasks.
- Obtain relevant information from across the business and from external contractors to accurately update compliance data.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a compliance-related role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Able to forge positive working relationships at all levels with colleagues, customers and external bodies.
- A standard DBS is required for this role.
