Job Description
Location: Wolverhampton
Job Type: Full-Time (37 Hrs per week) Ongoing temporary position.

We are seeking a Data Input Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a key role that supports various departments by ensuring the accurate and timely input of data. (An Enhanced DBS is essential for this role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into various databases, systems, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure the accuracy of information entered.
- Update, maintain, and manage data records regularly.
- Assist in generating data reports for management and other departments as required.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy policies in line with company regulations.
Key Requirements:
- An Enhanced DBS is essential.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
