The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Year 5 pupils, working 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning and help them reach their full potential. You will assist with core subjects, provide targeted interventions, and support classroom activities under the guidance of experienced teachers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain first-hand experience in a structured school setting.
 
The Candidate
This position is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about education and considering a future in teaching. The school is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children. Experience working with young learners—whether through tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support—is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
