• Key Duties: 1:1 and small group support across the KS1 curriculum

 
The Role
As a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to young learners, helping them develop key literacy and numeracy skills. Working closely with class teachers, you will assist in delivering engaging lessons, provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, and help maintain a positive learning environment.
 
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a passion for primary education and aspirations to become a teacher. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude are essential. Previous experience working with children, whether in a school, tutoring, or voluntary setting, is desirable but not essential.
