This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on Year 6 pupils as they prepare for their SATs exams. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide targeted support, helping students to build confidence and achieve their full potential.
 
Responsibilities include working one-to-one or with small groups to reinforce key concepts, supporting lesson delivery, and helping to manage classroom activities. Your role will also involve tracking pupil progress and offering encouragement to foster a positive learning environment during this crucial period.
 
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to supporting children’s educational success. Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff are essential.
