*** 1:1 and small group support
 
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning, assist with classroom management, and provide targeted support to pupils to help them reach their full potential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of classroom activities
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress

 
Requirements:

• A degree (essential)
• A passion for education and a desire to train as a teacher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
