Social Worker -Adults mental Health

Qualified Social Worker – Adults mental Health-North London- 32ph
 
We are looking for  a Qualified Social Worker with at least four  years PQE to join the mental health  team . You will be working with Adults who are in need of care and support within the local community. You will be responsible for needs assessment and care and support plans.
