Key Responsibilities
- Quotations & Orders – As a Sales Administrator, you will prepare quotes for new and existing customers and process orders efficiently
- Data Management – Keep warranty logs up to date, update the internal Sales Board, and input key information into the CRM system
- Customer Support – Provide telephone support on stock availability, pricing, and product enquiries as a sales administrator
- Documentation & Organisation – Process and file customer documents, ensuring smooth record-keeping
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal and external colleagues to support new and existing clients and orders
- Project Tracking – Monitor ongoing projects and keep key stakeholders informed
