SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves working closely with pupils in
KS1 or KS2, offering essential one-to-one and small group support to help them grow both academically and emotionally.
Position Overview:- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Camden, North London
- Year Group: KS1 or KS2 (dependent on experience and school needs)
- Start: Immediate interviews available
- Contract: Full-Time / Long-Term
- Pay: £102 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children with SEND, including autism, speech and language needs, ADHD, or other complex learning difficulties.
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Can provide one-to-one and small group support to boost engagement and learning.
- Works effectively within a collaborative team of teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists.
- Is proactive, positive, and committed to fostering confidence and independence in every child.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support to individual pupils, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and adapting classroom activities to meet diverse needs.
- Encourage positive social interactions, emotional well-being, and good behaviour.
- Support the class teacher in maintaining an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Contribute actively to the school’s community ethos with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
