Role Overview:- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Camden
- Interview Date: Immediate
- Contract: Full-Time / Long-Term
- Salary: £102 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to support primary-aged students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex needs. You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with primary-aged students with SEND
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Confidence providing both 1:1 and small group support
- The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff
- A proactive, flexible attitude with a passion for helping students achieve their best
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students to help them access lessons and meet their individual learning goals
- Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning strategies
- Encourage positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and social skills development
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the curriculum is accessible for all students
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment where every student feels supported and valued
