We are recruiting for motivated qualified social workers to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
For this role, you must have experience in a similar position in Adult Services; you must also be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
 
This is a position in the Hospital Discharge Team in Taunton (Musgrove Park Hospital).
 
The successful candidate will be expected on site daily, so being local to Taunton or at least able to commute easily throughout the week is imperative.
